  • Participants of this 3-day High Angle Basic Rescue training program learn safety basics, rescue equipment, knots, hitches and bends, anchors and rigging. They learn main, belay and rappelling systems, as well as patient care. Extensive practical exercises are required along with completing a final exam rescue scenario.   • Participants in the Respiratory Protection course conduct a review of the respiratory system and the hazards impacting it. They learn the value of choosing appropriate PPE, and receive a review of SABA and SCBA Systems. They also learn basic equipment maintenance, fit testing, and quality of breathing air.
